Heat Treat Capabilities enhance the total control over the manufacture of quality forgings and machined gears. The facility is capable of most of the required operations for our in house production, and has performed various requirements for specific heat treat needs for our customer base and specific industry requirements. We specialize in various heat treatment processes such as induction hardening, case carburizing, hardening, tempering, vacuum annealing etc.

Grinding capacity meet the most demanding machining expectations.

When accuracy is everything and the end product demands something more than exceptional precision grinding makes the difference. CNC fed by CAD/CAM and overseen by our specialist machinists makes use of every last thousandth of a millimeter ideal for toughest applications
